Meet the Team at Maple Dental

Dental Nurse

Hope brings over a decade of experience as a dental nurse. What Hope enjoys most about her job at Maple dental, is seeing how smiles are transformed. She loves being  a part of that process.
She finds it very rewarding in assisting the dentists achieve healthy and beautiful smiles for their patients.

In addition to her work at the practice, Hope owns a photography business (Hope and Dreams). She is also the mum of two beautiful girls who keep her busy.

Receptionist/Manager

“I’ve been at Maple Dental for nearly 20 years working to keep things organised and running smoothly, so that we can provide an excellent patient experience. It is satisfying to see three generations of families trust us with their dental care.” Jenny has also guided the practice through four accreditation cycles.

Jenny graduated with a Bachelor of Education from the University of Sydney in 1986.

In her spare time, Jenny enjoys kayaking, playing tennis, singing with the Newcastle Uni choir, reading and trying to keep her garden in something approaching order.

Dental Assistant/Receptionist

“I have an interest in all things dental, having injured my front teeth when I was younger.”

Rebecca enjoys the busy environment of our dental practice. “Here, I can be part of seeing patients love their smile again and the constant learning opportunities every day.”

To prepare for her career, Rebecca earned a Certificate III in Dental Assisting and Infection Control from Western Sydney University in 2018.

For Rebecca, the most rewarding parts of her job are managing and operating all aspects of the practice to the highest quality as a team. She helps maintain high standards of infection control and sterilization and assists with dental procedures. Rebecca’s warm and caring personality is welcoming and helps patients feel as comfortable as possible during their visit at Maple Dental.

Outside the practice, Rebecca enjoys travelling, camping, swimming at the beach with her dog, painting, creating, and reading.

Marcelle has been a part of Maple Dental for several decades. She is a very familiar face within the practice. Over the years, Marcelle has seen our patients grow from little tots to young adults and be part of their transformation. From grandparents to grandkids, she has treated them all. Her infectiously happy persona and caring nature has all of our patients asking for her.  In her spare time, Marcelle enjoys adventures with her kids and grandkids. She loves to travel and enjoys cocktails on the beach.
